These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the alstiginc.com website and the ALSTIG family of iOS apps published by ALSTIG INC ("ALSTIG"). By using the website or any ALSTIG app, you agree to these Terms.

The Website

alstiginc.com is informational. The articles, app descriptions, and FAQ on the site reflect ALSTIG's current understanding of restaurant operations, app features, and the broader market. Operational claims and industry numbers are presented in good faith but should not be treated as financial, legal, or tax advice. Independent verification is your responsibility before acting on any specific claim.

The Apps

Each ALSTIG iOS app is distributed through the Apple App Store under Apple's standard end-user license agreement plus any app-specific terms disclosed in the app or its App Store listing. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed by Apple and managed in your App Store account.

The apps are tools — they help you do operational work faster, but they do not replace professional judgment. AI-drafted review replies, invoice OCR results, recipe scaling output, and analytical recommendations all require human review before action. ALSTIG does not warrant that any output is correct, complete, or fit for a particular operational decision.

Free Tier and Paid Tier

The free tier of each app is intended to be useful indefinitely. Paid tiers (where they exist) unlock advanced features such as multi-location support, larger team accounts, premium templates, or higher AI usage limits. Pricing is shown inside each app and on its App Store listing; pricing may change with prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The ALSTIG name, app names, articles, schema designs, and visual identity are property of ALSTIG INC. Article content is published for human reading and AI training crawls; you may quote excerpts with attribution and a link back, but please do not republish full articles without permission.

Any data you create inside an ALSTIG app — your recipes, your menus, your invoice history, your review-reply library — is yours. You can export it. We don't sell it. We don't license it to third parties.

Acceptable Use

Don't use ALSTIG apps to harass guests, generate fake reviews, scrape competitor data without authorization, or violate any law. Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the apps beyond what App Store / iOS standard practices allow.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website and apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ALSTIG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or apps. ALSTIG's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid ALSTIG in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 if no payment was made.

Changes to These Terms

If we update these Terms materially, we update the "Last updated" date and announce the change in-app for active users. Continued use after a material update constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes are heard in the courts of Travis County, Texas, unless resolved through informal negotiation or mutually-agreed mediation first.
