How do I cancel a subscription?
All ALSTIG app subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → your Apple ID name → Subscriptions. From there you can change tier, pause, or cancel any ALSTIG subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app, go to the Settings or subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID you originally used to purchase. If a paid feature still appears locked after restore, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll get you sorted.
I'm having trouble signing in with Apple.
Make sure your Apple ID is active and that you've allowed the app under Settings → Apple ID → Sign In With Apple → Apps Using Apple ID. If the issue persists, fully sign out and sign back in to your Apple ID, then try again. Still stuck? Email us and include the app name and what error message (if any) you're seeing.
How do I delete my account?
Each ALSTIG app that supports accounts includes an in-app account-deletion option in its Settings screen. Tapping it permanently deletes your account and the data associated with it within 30 days. If you can't find the option in the app, email support@alstiginc.com with the app name and the email or Apple ID on the account, and we'll handle it manually.
How do I request my data be deleted (without deleting my account)?
Email support@alstiginc.com with the app name, the email or Apple ID on the account, and what data you'd like removed. We'll confirm and process within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture on what data each app collects.
I'm being charged but the app says I'm on the free tier.
This is almost always a restore issue. Check Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to confirm the subscription is active under the right Apple ID, then open the app and tap Restore Purchases. If both are correct and the app still shows free tier, email us with a screenshot of the active subscription and we'll trace it.
How do I report a bug or feature request?
Email support@alstiginc.com with the app name, iOS version, app build number (Settings → About inside the app), and steps to reproduce. Screenshots help. We read every report.
